Terms of sale
Last updated 2026-10-25These terms apply to every PouchSelect retail and trade order for nicotine pouches sold in Canada.
Who can buy
Only adults of legal age in the province of delivery may buy from PouchSelect. You must complete age confirmation at checkout. We may cancel or refuse any order that fails age verification, uses a prohibited address, or appears to be for resale without a trade account. Minors may not purchase or receive our products.
Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we email an order confirmation, or when we notify you that the order is preparing to ship. We may correct obvious pricing or stock errors and cancel affected lines with a refund. Quantity limits may apply per customer or per address. Product images are illustrative; labels on the can you receive are authoritative for strength, flavor and format.
Trade accounts
Wholesale buyers must hold any licences required to purchase and resell nicotine or tobacco products in their province, and must provide a business address and resale or tax documentation we request. Trade pricing is for resale only. We may suspend or close accounts that resell without required licences, divert product outside approved channels, or breach payment terms.
Product use
Nicotine pouches contain nicotine, which is addictive and toxic in high amounts. They are not for people who do not already use nicotine products, not for minors, and not a licensed smoking-cessation treatment unless a specific product is approved for that use. Follow the directions on the can.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, PouchSelect’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection law in your province. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the courts of British Columbia unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
