Quick answers
Which strength should I start with?
Start close to what you use now, then move one level up or down. The quiz above gives you a starting point in three taps.
Are the dots the same on every brand?
On PouchSelect, yes. We rate every can on one 6-dot scale by its nicotine per pouch, so you can compare ZYN, VELO and Pablo at a glance. A maker's own lid can use a different scale.
Is a stronger pouch a better deal?
No. Every can of a brand costs the same, whatever the strength. Pick the level that feels right, not the biggest number.
Are nicotine pouches harmful?
The FDA states: "All tobacco products are harmful and potentially addictive." The FDA classifies nicotine pouches as tobacco products, and its list of authorized nicotine pouch products notes that authorization "does not mean these products are safe". They are sold only to adults 21 and over.
Who can buy?
