Nicotine pouch flavors
PouchSelect sorts every can into one flavor family, named for the flavor that leads: mint, citrus, fruit, ice, coffee, licorice or cola. Flavor and strength are separate, so each family holds cans at different mg per pouch. Pick a family to see every can in it, with its brand, format, mg and the dots on its lid.

Flavor families at a glance
Brands and the nicotine per pouch printed on the cans in each family. Strength varies within every family.
How are the flavor families decided?
Each can goes into the family of its leading flavor, as PouchSelect classifies it. Blends are filed by the flavor that leads: Apple Mint sits in Mint, Watermelon Mint in Fruit, and a fruit with "Ice" in its name, such as Grape Ice, in Ice. The families are PouchSelect's own grouping, not a manufacturer standard.
Does flavor affect strength?
No. Flavor and strength are set separately by the maker, and the same flavor can come at more than one strength. Compare cans by mg per pouch or by the strength dots; both use one scale for every brand. The strength guide explains both.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between mint and ice pouches?
Why is citrus separate from fruit?
Do flavor names mean the same thing across brands?
Not exactly. Each maker writes its own recipe, so a "cool mint" from one brand is a different product from another brand's. The family tells you the leading flavor; the product page tells you the brand, format, mg per pouch and strength dots.
Are all flavors used the same way?
Yes. The FDA describes nicotine pouches as small fiber pouches, typically placed between the gum and upper lip and used without spitting. They are not heated or burned. Flavor doesn't change that.
